On Saturday, February 19th, Heartland Bank associates attended the Fillmore County Hospital Foundation's White Diamond Soiree Gala fundraising event. The event raised over $170,000 for the foundation and will be used to fund the new building project that's already underway. The gala drew over 600 people to the Fillmore County Ag Hall, and others gathered for a watch party at the Shickley Community Center.

Heartland Bank has been a proud partner in the Fillmore County community since 1899 and committed $200,000 to the expansion of the hospital.

Other highlights of the evening included a keynote speaker, Nebraska volleyball coach, John Cook, who spoke on the program's sustained excellence over the years, stories about players, other coaches, and certain volleyball matches. The evening also included dinner music provided by Kimberly Nuss and Noah Reichart, a silent and live auction, and a performance by the UNL Bathtub Dogs.
