Barry Schweer celebrated his 40th anniversary with Heartland Bank in January.
When it comes to summing up the years that his coworkers have worked with Barry, they said the first word that comes to mind is community. Born and raised in Daykin, Barry is not just a banker. He is, first and foremost, a neighbor, coworker, and friend.
Barry's mentorship has shown the people he works closely with that success is driven by dedication. Barry is dedicated to his customers, coworkers, and his work. He truly cares about the success of those around him.
He has worn many hats in his tenure here, using his strong work ethic, business background, and genuine love for the community to play a pivotal role in the success of the Daykin branch. You will not find a bigger "heart" of the Heartland than Daykin, and Barry ensures it never skips a beat!
Sandy Rash celebrated her retirement in February after 10 years of service with Heartland Bank!

Happy Retirement, Sandy!
