New Roles at Heartland Bank's Riverdale Branch

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of two outstanding associates at our Riverdale branch. Kent Kehler and Kasia Kappel have accepted new positions, exemplifying our vision: "To be a growing organization providing leadership that improves the lives of customers, associates, and communities."

Kasia Kappel, Loan Operations Associate

Kasia Kappel will transition from a Universal Banker to our Loan Operations Associate position. She has been an integral part of our Riverdale branch since August 2007. Her dedication and exceptional skills have earned her several promotions, from Customer Service Associate to Customer Service Associate Supervisor and Universal Banker. As of July 2024, Kasia enthusiastically steps into her new Loan Operations Associate role. 

Kasia and her husband, Jeremy, have one son and a yellow lab named Baylor. Kasia enjoys life as a farmer's wife, gardening, and is famous for her homemade salsa. Her commitment to family and community is evident in everything she does, making her a valuable asset to Heartland Bank and our customers.

Kent Kehler, Universal Banker

Kent Kehler will transition from a Senior Customer Service Associate to the Universal Banker position at our Riverdale branch. Kent's dedication to excellence and passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals have defined his journey with Heartland Bank since January 2021.

Kent and his wife, Kayla, have one son and another little one on the way. In addition to his professional achievements, Kent is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys grilling, golfing, fishing, and hunting with his yellow lab, Zeus. Kent's commitment to his family and hobbies reflects his dedication to his role at Heartland Bank. As he steps into the position of Universal Banker, he is eager to continue to support our customers.
