Merchant Capture allows you to process your deposits through a compact scanning device located in your office. Make deposits into your account regardless of your geographic location or staffing issues—and without a trip to the bank!!
The Merchant Capture scanner will scan and capture images of both sides of your checks, automatically verify your deposit total, search for duplicate items, and allow you to review the deposit. With Courtesy and Legal Amount Recognition (CAR/LAR) software, your deposits will be completed with the highest accuracy.
Merchant Capture allows you to review your deposit and check images before they are transmitted to the bank’s secure server. Once you have approved the transaction, your deposit will automatically post to your account.
Merchant Capture is very simple to use. To run Merchant Capture, you will need a PC with a current version of Microsoft operating system with a USB 2.0 Port. You will also need the following:
