We are continually committed to providing outstanding customer service in every way Heartland Bank interacts with customers. Whether it’s a transaction, a phone call or ensuring the reliability and ease of use of our banking products or services, we want to make it the best we can for our customers.
Because of this, beginning July 24th, your Heartland Bank statements will have a few changes.
These changes allow us to provide a couple updates and benefits for our customers. First, account information will be displayed in a new, clean and simple layout making your statements easier to read and use. Your statements will arrive in plain white envelopes with a front window for you to easily see the Heartland Bank logo through the window.
Also, you may receive an extra statement as of July 21st. After that, the statements will arrive or be available online at the regular times.
Something as simple as changing our statements allows our team of associates to be more efficient and to better serve our customers.
Heartland Bank has offered electronic statements for several years. With our e-Statement service you can access the same information you currently receive in the mail with your paper statement – only faster, on any device and it’s free!
Once logged into your Online Banking account, click on "Profile" to be able to easily enroll in e-Statements. If you don't have Online Banking, it's a free service we provide to help you manage your finances wherever and whenever you need.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have and help you enroll in Online Banking and e-Statements. As always, please feel free to give us a call at 800-759-3119 or stop by our local Heartland Bank branch.
