We are starting the new year by investing in our associates. The tax reform bill that passed at the end of 2017 will result in a significant tax savings benefit for businesses, including Heartland Bank. As a result, we are pleased to announce we are sharing this benefit with our valued associates.
Our strength is in our associates. They do a fantastic job every day serving our customers and communities, and this is one way we can continually recognize their efforts and invest in their futures.

Because of this, Heartland Bank as made the following commitments to their associates:
- $1,000 financial bonus to all full-time, non-Executive Committee, associates
- $500 financial bonus to all part-time, non-Executive Committee, associates
