JANET KEMPF - 20 YEARS

Senior Customer Service Associate Janet Kempf of the Shickley branch is celebrating 20 years with Heartland Bank. In addition to Janet's great people skills towards customers, she also significantly impacts her community by volunteering at the elementary school and a local daycare.

SHELIA SMITH - 20 YEARS

Sheila Smith is celebrating 20 years as a Customer Service Associate. Sheila's bubbly personality comes with enthusiasm, energy, joy, and laughter, which is perfect for her role in the bank. Sheila also serves as the head of the Ambassador Club, where she plans events and outings for members. 

LOIS RYAN - 10 YEARS

Lois Ryan, Senior Customer Service Associate, is celebrating 10 years of exceptional customer service. Lois works out of the Kearney branch and makes customers feel at home by addressing them by their first name and going the extra mile to ensure all their needs are taken care of.

SANDY RASH- 10 YEARS

Customer Service Associate Sandy Rash has supported both associates and customers for 10 years. Sandy works out of the Kearney branch and enjoys helping people inside and outside of the bank.

AARYN SCHWEITZER - 5 YEARS

Aaryn Schweitzer is celebrating her 5th service anniversary with Heartland Bank. As the Bank Accountant/Officer, Aaryn performs various aspects of the bank's financial performance for the overall management, regulators, auditors, associates, and more.
