We’re pleased to announce an upcoming update to our Online Banking platform. This update is scheduled for release before the end of February to all Heartland Bank Online Banking users.
What's new in this update?
- Simplified Design & Layout: We’ve simplified the overall design and layout of the site making it more convenient and efficient to complete your online banking. Your account balances and recent transactions are now front and center and easier to access.
- Username & Password: Your Access ID is now labeled Username. Both your Username and Password will display together on the pop-over login screen, saving you one extra step during the login process.
- Mobile Friendly Layout: Our Online Banking platform now supports mobile devices. You won’t have to worry about pinching, zooming and trying to tap the right link from your smartphone or tablet. We also offer a smartphone and tablet Mobile Banking App.
- New Menu System: The hover drop-down menus that caused so much frustration in our current online banking are gone. The new menu system is built to be simple and easy to click or tap.
- Customize Your Homepage: You can now select which accounts display on the homepage of your Online Banking account. You can also quickly change the order of these accounts or the account nickname.
- Online Bill Pay Access: Online Bill Pay will now launch within our Online Banking page. This means no extra tab will load, and you won’t have to worry about it timing out of your Online Banking experience.
- Options Changed to Profile: The customization options found within the Options page are now located within the Profile page. You can access this link in the upper right-hand corner of your Online Banking screen.

Simplified Transfers: Express Transfers and Scheduled Transfers are now referred to as just Transfers. You just choose the date of the transfer and whether it’s a recurring transfer.
