Once again, the holiday season is upon us. It seems the years go by quicker every year, but each year also brings new adventures, experiences and timeless memories.

We have over $400 million in assets at the bank, but our most valuable asset is our group of dedicated associates.

Our mission at the bank is to improve lives. Our associates take this mission to heart and deliver on it each and every day. I constantly see our associates go the extra mile for customers. I feel a great sense of pride each time I hear of something special we have done for one of our customers.

John is the Chairman and CEO of Heartland Bank. He is the third generation of the Wilkins family to lead the bank. John has 40 years of banking experience in various lending, wealth management, and branch leadership roles. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
