How to Get Started with HB Alerts
Setting up HB Alerts is quick and straightforward. Follow these simple steps to start receiving your customized alerts.

1. Login to Your Online Banking Account. Access your account with your username and password.
2. Click on the "Enroll" Button. This option is under the Alerts section at the top of your account dashboard.
3. Select Your Alerts. Choose how you would like to receive your alerts. You can opt for emails, text messages, or push notifications.

Activate Your Email or Phone Number. Enter your email address or phone number, whichever you want to receive notifications. You will receive an activation code, which you must enter to activate your email or phone number.

Do Not Disturb. If you prefer not to receive alerts during certain hours of the day, set up a Do Not Disturb option by selecting a start and end time for your email or phone.
4. Customize Your Alerts. You can personalize your notifications with dozens of HB Alerts to best suit your needs. Download our complete list of alert options to see all the possibilities. When you click on the alert types, a menu will pop up, allowing you to enter thresholds or actions to trigger your alert. From there, you can select where you want that alert to be sent: your online banking secure inbox, email, or a text message. After you make your selections, hit the "Save" button in that pop-up window.
5. Review Your Alerts. Once you have saved all your selections, click the "Next" button at the bottom of your screen. This will take you to the Alert Overview page, where you can review all alerts.
