We're happy to announce that most of our lobbies will be open for business effective Monday, June 1st.* As a reminder, appointment banking is always an option and recommended when meeting with your relationship manager. 

The health and safety of our associates and our customers is our top priority; while continuing to offer the same warm and friendly atmosphere that you're accustomed to. We've taken many precautions to help safeguard against the spread of COVID-19, including:

  • Practicing social distancing, including floor decals and signs to encourage six-feet of separation. 
  • Installing physical screen protectors at teller stations. 
  • Continued communication on the importance of hand washing and providing sanitizer. 
  • Providing optional masks for associate or customer use. 
  • Daily branch cleaning.
  • Encouragement of associate daily temperature checks.

We continue to encourage the use of our drive-through, night drop and ATMs and our digital resources. Enroll in online banking by visiting us at MyHeartland.Bank and with our Heartland Bank Mobile app to:

  • Access your accounts 24 hours a day.
  • Mobile deposit
  • Bill-pay services
  • Transfer funds

Our CardValet® is also an excellent digital resource to:

  • Get real-time notifications when your card is used.
  • Enable and disable your cards to be used within specific merchant categories such as gas and groceries, hotel, and travel.
