Your financial security is our priority. That's why, at Heartland Bank, we utilize EnFact, a real-time fraud detection service that continuously monitors your account for suspicious activity. If something seems off, you'll be contacted immediately, allowing you to take action fast.

## What is EnFact?

EnFact fraud monitoring software analyzes your purchase history and compares it to known fraud trends. If a transaction looks unusual, EnFact will contact you by:

- Text Message from "37268"
- Phone Call from 1-833-735-1891
- Email

This helps stop fraud before it impacts your account.

### How You'll Be Contacted

All Heartland Bank cardholders are automatically enrolled in this free service. Here's how EnFact reaches out:

| Text Message | **1-833-735-1897** /"**37268"** | Verifies suspicious transactions |

**Note**: Customers must first be contacted by EnFact to return a call to the fraud services number. If you notice suspicious activity before EnFact contacts you, please call your local Heartland Bank branch directly.

### What EnFact Will Ask

To verify your identity, EnFact will request:

- Your ZIP Code
- The Last Four Digits of your Social Security Number

### What EnFact Will Never Ask

- Full Debit Card Number
- Card Expiration Date
- PIN or CVC Code
- Full Social Security Number

## What if the Transaction is Fraudulent?

If you confirm that a transaction is unauthorized, an EnFact analyst will help secure your account and walk you through the next steps to protect your finances.
